Premium Sliced Cooked Ham

Our CHEF Approved Wiltshire Cured Sliced Cooked Ham is made using the traditional Wiltshire curing method, where carefully selected joints are rested slowly in a gentle brine to enhance the natural tenderness and mild flavour of the pork. Breaded Mozzarella Sticks

Our CHEF Approved Breaded Mozzarella Sticks are an all-time favourite and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Classic mozzarella is coated in a golden, crispy breadcrumb to give a satisfying crunch on the outside and a wonderfully gooey, melty centre. Pre-fried and supplied frozen in a 6 x 1kg case with a unit weight of 24-32g, they offer consistent quality and easy portion control every time.
Perfect as appetisers, on sharing platters, or as a tasty sandwich filler, they’re ideal for QSR, casual dining, and catering menus where familiar, shareable snacks are always a hit. Simply deep fry from frozen at 180°C for 1 to 1.5 minutes, then drain and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

ID Buzz Stops - Member Visits
Mable the Buzz recently visited Scotland! We popped in to see GK Foodservice, and then headed off to meet Alan and his team at Food Options, to show them recent launches such as the Cheesecake range and Breaded Mozzarella Sticks.
We also headed off to Preston to meet Steve at Merlin Food Service, where CHEF Approved Quiche and Chicken Goujons were on the menu. We would like to thank all the members we saw for taking time out of their business to spend some valuable time with us.
