Handling & Preparation

Directions for Use

Cook from frozen.
Boil: Simmer 250g of product for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
Microwave: Per 250g of product in a microwavable container with 1-2 teaspoons of water, cover and pierce. Heat on full power on 650W for 6 minutes or on 750W for 5.5 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.

Storage Instructions

Store at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosted.
