Raw Peeled King Prawns

CHEF Assured King Prawns have a rounded back, a meaty succulent flavour and a premium feel. Weighing 800g net with a lower glaze than alternatives there’s more prawn and less water, resulting in a bigger product with less shrinkage. Being “pulled” deveined, they keep their shape after cooking and look better on the plate.

With numerous applications, they’re a superb accompaniment for curries, stir fries, seafood pasta, tapas or add theatre and a quality twist to dishes such as paella. Our King Prawns are responsibly sourced and BAP certified.
