What did you do before joining The Wholesale Group?
I was MD at Fairway Foodservice
What do you do when you’re not working?
I love walking in the countryside, especially with my Great Dane, Phoebe.
If you were able to retire tomorrow, how would you spend your time?
I’d have more time to spend volunteering for the local theatre and as a Voice for Breast Cancer Now.
Who inspires you?
I am inspired by our Members who are first, second and third generation family businesses delivering a fantastic service to their community.
What type of business would you go into if it wasn’t wholesale?
I’ve worked in wholesale for over 30 years, when I was younger I wanted to work with tigers.
What is the most interesting place you have visited and why?
Probably my sons bedroom after he left home as I rediscovered all kinds of things I thought were lost including a whole set of crockery!
What do you like about working at The Wholesale Group?
The people! We have a great team and our Members are amazing entrepreneurs (the regular food sampling is great too)
