Handling & Preparation
Directions for Use
The product must be fully cooked – deep fried, oven baked or air fried to a temperature in excess of 72°c for minimum of 2 minutes, until the juices run clear and no pink colour remains internally.
Storage Instructions
Sausages are supplied frozen and are to be stored frozen less than -18°c until ready for cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
