What did you do before joining The Wholesale Group?
Digital designer for Fairway Foodservice for three years.
What do you do when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I’m usually walking my ridiculously energetic dog. I enjoy spontaneous weekends away to explore new places and create great memories. Spending time with my family and friends is very important to me, I especially love spending time with my nieces and nephews.
If you were able to retire tomorrow, how would you spend your time?
I would love to experience living in a different country with a warmer climate, experience a new culture with my dog by my side. I would like to invest more time Into painting and other forms of art.
Who inspires you?
My dad has always been my inspiration. He served in the army for 10 years, is always willing to help others, and raised my sister and me as a single parent while maintaining calm and collected with a positive outlook on life. His sense of adventure, resilience and selflessness inspire me every day. I hope to embody the same positivity and generosity throughout my life.
What type of business would you go into if it wasn’t wholesale?
I would like to use my creative skills towards a good cause such as a charity or the NHS. To help an animal charity gain more adoptions and donations, or to help spread awareness would be really fulfilling.
What is the most interesting place you have visited and why?
I saw the most amazing sights in Iceland, seeing glaciers, hot springs, lagoons and volcanoes.
What do you like about working at The Wholesale Group?
I enjoy being around a friendly team while having the flexibility to work from home.
